Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
• It must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
• The product should not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
• For electronics: Software must not be activated, sealed boxes must remain unopened where applicable, and items like earphones/headphones must be returned with hygienic seals in place.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded (except if defective):
• Personalized or custom-engraved items
• Opened software, digital downloads, or activated licenses
• Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earbuds, if used)
• Clearance/final sale items (clearly marked as such)
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us immediately. We cover return shipping costs for defective items and provide a full refund or replacement. Report within 7 days for fastest resolution.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2–5 business days), we’ll process your refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Delivery fees: We will withhold (deduct) original delivery fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival), in which case we refund shipping in full.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Log in to your Ring Ring account and go to “My Orders.”
2. Select the order and choose “Request Return.”
3. Provide a brief reason and submit.
4. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions (including a return label if needed).
5. Pack the item securely and ship it back as directed.
